Richards-Zeta has been used to host 45 VAV controllers replacing the existing VAVs. The new controllers are open operable using Richards-Zeta as a Host product. This installation is part of an on going upgrade program. Recently the boiler plant, fire/smoke damper systems, CT Scan room temperature control and main penthouse fan systems have been added to the RZ host.
